Visit the LMS portal, enter your registered email and password, and click Login.

Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page, and follow the instructions sent to your registered email.

Ensure you are using the correct email and password, internet connection is stable, and browser cache/cookies are cleared. If the problem continues, contact LMS support.

Go to Courses → Available Courses and click Enroll. If enrollment is instructor-assigned, wait for confirmation.

Check if you are properly enrolled. If still missing, contact your instructor or support team.

Yes, the LMS is mobile-friendly and can be accessed via a browser on smartphones and tablets.

Open the course, select Assignment, upload your file or type your response, then click Submit.

Ensure the file size is within allowed limits, file type is supported (.pdf, .docx, etc.), and internet connection is stable. Try another browser if the issue continues.

Quizzes and exams are conducted online within the LMS. They are time-bound and may include multiple-choice, short-answer, or essay questions.

After completing course requirements and achieving the passing grade, your certificate will appear under Certificates in your dashboard.

Certificates can be verified via the official SDC-Karachi e-Verification Portal available on the website.

Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari are recommended. Internet Explorer is not supported.
